The 2009 Golf Digest Bell's Mid-Amateur Team Trophy in association with Lexus and TaylorMade will be played at five of the country's top courses - Durban Country Club, East London Golf Club, Arabella, Glendower Golf Club and Pearl Valley.

Entrants must be 35 years and older, and the format is teams of four. So gather your three most reliable golfing buddies and enter now for an individual Stableford competition with a difference. Players enter as a fourball, and are split into two separate twoballs on the day, playing with two other contestants. Your best three scores on the day will be your team total. The leading two teams from each of the six regional events will qualify for an all-expenses paid trip to the finals at Pearl Valley on April 7-8, 2009.

Entries must be as a fourball, and all players need to have a SAGA handicap. (Rule 4-2g SAGA/16/07).

ENTRANCE FEE
The entrance fee at each event includes the following: A 6-month subscription to Golf Digest magazine; green fees; halfway house; dinner; a *Bell's whiskey tasting; a TaylorMade golf shirt (valued at over R500); a sleeve of TaylorMade golf balls and TaylorMade cap, plus the chance of winning through to the finals at Pearl Valley.
